After 20 years in LA Tech, Andrew raised 1M+ from local C-Level execs to follow his dream of changing the fitness game forever in creating DASH Run Studio to attract and retain local talent. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andrew founded and sold his first tech company at the age of 24, pre tech bubble burst in 2000. After that, he entered early SaaS and was fortunate to land into the e-learning content business consulting for C-level executives at eBay, Agilent, Hilton, Sempra & Google. Over the years, Andrew has led Sales & Alliance teams in LA Tech at companies which include IAC, Fuel Cycle, FloQast & IBM. However, his biggest accomplishment was his 5+ years at Cornerstone OnDemand where he not only met his wife, but built out the strategy, operations, and sales methodology as Global VP of Content Sales & Operations through their IPO in 2011. His new goal is to change the fitness game by appealing to all athletes who expect more from their workout. With his 20+ years in wellness experience, he’s created a wellness program for local tech companies to subsidize this benefit for their employees to promote health, cross-function collaboration, and reduce health care costs.
